“I loved art and tech since I was a kid, drawing, painting and sculpture, and since I started to playing on the computer with Illustrator and 3D software, at the age of 12. I loved to spend the evenings designing.
I worked in Madrid and London. Through my art and illustration practice I tried to developed my own visual expression mostly futuristic. But It’s combinig a definite sense of nostalgia with a modern-high tech setting.”

Presentation box
Some presentations require another level of detail to sell an idea. For this one, a tremendous amount of visual research went into creating a container that emulated the
Book of Cagliostro from the world of
Dr. Strange.
The box opens like a book with embedded earth magnets to open and close with a smooth "click". Inside are 2 cavities. The left contains a 3D layered replica of the
Eye of Agomotto and the right holds the 20 page presentation book.
The first round of this project was sent for final inspection. The consensus was that they wanted to improve it with gold foil. All of these books were sent back for careful dismantlement and a final round of assembly. The results speak for themselves.

The pitch itself is layered with high end photoshop and exquisite typesetting intended to capture attention. The copywriting was also crafted to show an understanding of the Marvel Universe. My brother (who holds an honorary doctorate in the subject) assisted with the research.
Structural Design
This design was prototyped, tested and eventually assembled by Naush Ibrahim.
I was honoured to be asked to work on this project. As a Marvel fan, it was a great deal of fun to bring a project like this to life. Looking forward to the next one.
