Traditional Illustration to stay sharp

My wife bought me some wood panel canvases that have been sitting in my studio all week. Last night, this image popped into my head and I could not shake it loose. So today, I pealed myself off of my computer and decided to make it a thing.

The greatest threat to North American jobs is not immigrants. it’s AI.

Hamster Mech
One-of-a-kind NFT collectable

We have a family hamster who has thrived during the pandemic. This playful, looping animatic is a tribute to a clever little fella who hits us with cuteness every day.

This original piece was purchased by a gentleman (and fellow Crypto Artist) named ShortCut. I hope that it brings good fortune to him and all future owners. Certified on the blockchain as verifiably unique and straight up adorable and nerdy.

This was also one of my first attempts tat making an NFT. I was inspired after I was officially recognized by Canada Council for the Arts as a Canadian Digital Visual Artist.

Thanks! – Couple of hours. My wife came home today with a whole bunch of frames. Think she’s trying to tell me something. : )
