My sister and I grew up in Mississauga. She manages the Food Bank there. This project was a great opportunity for us to work together.

It was also really satisfying to see the effect that this piece of custom art had on the environment and the people who make this non-profit work.

Hidden deep inside a forgotten mountain, it hovers patiently in a bubble of zero point energy. Undiminished and forgotten. I accidentally opened the hangar doors when I started up the rusty generator. Then suddenly, it became alert. Like a bird whose cage had been opened.

This limited-edition NFT was animated manually - one frame at a time.
