I created this poster to celebrate the Shooting Gallerys ninth anniversary. This gallery, located in the lovely Tenderloin, was one the first major galleries in San Francisco to show street/graffiti artists work. It is now globally known for supporting all forms of lowbrow art and its owner, Justin Giarla, has curated shows around the world. He has also opened a few new galleries in San Francisco. The posters copy simply reads, Curating the streets for nine years strong. Knowing the poster was going to be plastered on street poles and boarded up buildings throughout the city, I had it printed on Agfas Synaps paper so it could easily survive the elements (like a drunken tranny trying to rip it down). The poster may soon be available for
purchase through the gallery.
